Terms of Service

By accessing or using clicksdk.com (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding contract between you (“User”) and clicksdk.com (“we”, “us”, “our”).

You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use the Service. By registering, you represent that this is true.

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at legal@clicksdk.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without our written consent.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Redirect to illegal content, malware, phishing pages, or content that violates any applicable law.
• Engage in click fraud, artificially inflate click counts, or deceive advertisers or affiliate networks.
• Harvest personal data from end-users clicking your links without their consent.
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures of the Service.
• Distribute spam or unsolicited communications containing your links.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates this section, with or without notice.

You are solely responsible for the URLs you shorten. We do not pre-screen destination URLs but we reserve the right to disable any link that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or applicable law. We cooperate with law enforcement when required.

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by clicksdk.com and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of any content you submit.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Prices are shown exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods except where required by law.

We target 99.99% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance windows are not counted toward downtime for SLA purposes.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that any defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, clicksdk.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) US $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless clicksdk.com and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may close your account from the dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Data deletion follows the schedule described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email and update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
